2015 was a HUGE year for me, both personally and professionally. At the end of each year, I like to take some time to reflect on all that has happened and set goals for the new year to come.

This year, I gained a TON of amazing new clients and was able to have many sessions with past clients who are in new seasons of life. I surpassed the 2,000 mark on my “fan” page and connected with other amazing photographers this year like never before. I am so thankful for everyone that I was able to work with and alongside. I hope to continue photographing portraits and events for my current clients in 2016, as well as all of the wonderful new clients to come.

Personally, I officially started a second career as a teacher, became engaged to my best friend, and started planning my OWN big day. I took monumental trips, joined a church that I love, made the best of new friends, and was able to spend time with old friends, as well as family members, that I love more than anything.

Again, I have so much to be thankful for. And because I am better with photographs than with words, here are a few of favorite personal moments from 2015:

Thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout such a life-changing year! Readers, clients, friends, family members, acquaintances- I am so blessed to know you all! I honestly think 2015 was the best year of my life thus far, so I CANNOT WAIT for 2016- the year of our wedding, the year of more wonderful work, the year that (no matter what happens) will change my life. I cannot wait to share this next chapter with you all.

Josie has been SUCH an amazing client.
